not you average turbo swap help
I have an 87 Turbo II, was thinking about puting a 88 N/A motor in it. changing the fron covers and the uper intake..... to end up with a high compression turbo motor with 6 ports... I asume it would spool fast then have massive power up top.
What problems would I incounter intalling the motor. will the turbo uper fit onto the 6port lower?
Was thinking about using some of the boost presure to activate the 6 ports with a pressure regulator to keep more then 3psi so not to blow the actuators.
sounds like a good idea....
imagin the 6ports opening when the boost rises, sounds like fun!

I don't think the manifolds will fit since one is four port and the other one is for a six port engine. I also think you have to make a custom spacer for the turbo. You might want to talk to Aaron Cake about this. But I don't see any advantages to going through the trouble.
