Not turning over after slave replacement

Replaced my clutch slave cylinder the other day. Drove the car once and the next morning I went out to start it, I herd a loud clicking noise from behind the UIM.

Tried it a few more times and now I get nothing.

Car has a brand new starter, all wires are hooked up correctly and is grounded to the starter bolt.

I did the jumper trick on the clutch safety switch down by the clutch and still nothing.

I have lights, gauges and I can hear the fuel pump come on so I don't think it could be a "under the hood" fuse.

Car is a 1990 na

Anyone got some advice on what I should check out next?

did you try jump starting it, easy place to start.
