not good news regarding turbo

Worst has come to worst. I took everything apart today to examine the turbo, and the fins are slightly bent, and she spins 3/4 the way freely then rubs the housing. What do you guys think would be the best thing to do? Rebuild or a used turbo? It only has 75,000miles on it. Would a regular rebuilt kit work on this, or do i need an entire new housing?

i WOULD GO WITH THE UPGRADE BUT

I would go with the upgrade, but i would speak with a reputable tuner shop or a turbo manufactory before buying a new turbo. Here is why although i don't understand turbo tuning or even na tuning yet. I do know that there are alot of turbos with different setup out there. Like different turbos would have different power range, sweet spots at different rpm, different spool up time and much more. So unless you know what you want i suggest you speak with someone more knowledgeable before you buy the turbo.
