That is absolutely astounding! Mid 11's is stupid fast especially considering the mods! I hope to run 12.5's with real streets, my hybrid and a safc so this gives me hope!

Btw, look at all the cars you have beaten here from this Motor Trend 11-way drag race. You would be 3rd after the R35 GT-R and 458 Italia

I should have quit while i was ahead lol. there was this event thing going on at night and they were raffling off 8 1 hour dyno time prizes. My best 2 runs at night were 11.54 and 11.61 I wasn't gonna make anymore passes but my buddy had his camera and i wanted to get a good run on video. so I went to make one more pass. hooked up good in first shifted to 2nd then boom I thought it popped out of gear but now every gear is neutral hahaha.I was scared I broke my diff but its good. Im guessing I snapped the output shaft or something. I've been beating on that tranny for over 4 years so it owes me nothing. I just need to find a replacement there was one that was local I was goin to buy for a spare a while ago but it sold last month.

So I got a video of my tranny breaking hahahaha

Welcome to the club!

"Video tapin' ?"
"Yyyuuuuuuuppppp"

Didn't you mention last time I was there that the car was starting to pop out of gear? Might have been in a state of failure since then...

I spun got bad wheel hop on the 2nd pass then hooked hard the next couple runs . I knew it would eventually break I had messed up 5th and rev on it before and got them back working good again the solid engine and tranny mounts probably didnt help to much either,I wish I had picked up a spare when i had the chance. the track was the best its ever been . 1.71 is my best 60ft ever
I was laughin after I never broke anything drag racing so it was bound to happen sometime
Depending on the carnage inside Im probalby just going to rebuild it if mazda still sells the parts

No problem getting the parts. But pick up another transmission because the shafts are pricey. Synros are pricey as well.
