What temp should my Turbo II be running at? What are the safe levels and what is the danger zone?

Oh yeah, I'm not talking about the stock gauge, I have a greddy temp. So what temp in degrees?

I take it from looking at that page you would rather have your extra gauge tapped before the thermostat?
