normal operating temps... water/oil/EGT s4 turbo

hi guys!

i've installed my greddy gauges yesterday and now i need to know what are the normal operating temps and where i should set my warning temps...

location of the sensors:

Water: about 20cm before the radiator on the upper line of course
oil: sensor is in my greddy/grex oilfilterrelocationkit, just on the plate where the oil-filter is screwed on
EGT: installed in the stock s4 turbo manifold (like explained on the writeup from fc3spro.com)

thx guys

extra question: i also have an A/F gauge from greddy... where should i install my wideband? just behind the stock sensor? what A/F ratios are the goal on 13B T S4 engines on load/cruising? where to set the warning point?

you want 180F for water (do some math) and about the same for oil temp (do some more math)

Alright I'll help, temp in Fahrenheit minus 32 times 5/9 equals temp in celsius. (Kelvin = Celsius + 273)

It sounds like your water temp sensor is after the thermostat - not the best location.
The "normal" temps are posted on my website...under the Gauges subsection in the Mods page.

BTW, 180F is not correct if you are using the stock Mazda OEM thermostat.
