Non turbo vs turbo alternator

I need a new alternator for my 87 TII. I've been looking on eBay and they state they are for non turbo models. Is there a difference in the two alternators, are they interchangeable or are they one in the same?

Thanks

Basically the same thing. The post will stick out at a different angle with the NA versions, but it fits just fine. The alternator I'm using now is from my NA engine.

I have a 1990 GXL, not running. I didn't think they where interchangeable though.

Minor differences in plugs between S4 and S5 alts, and between S5 non turbo and S5 Turbo alts, but otherwise interchangeable.

interchangable, just need a little mod.... you can even use the FD alt or even some other cars.... but stick to searching it up through the search bar.
