non-turbo/turbo engine

I was wandering what the size difference between the 2 was...as in i am wandering if you could put a turbo engine into a non-turbo engine body...I have an '86 RX-7 that i am gonna have to look at replaceing the whole engine prolly and was wandering if you could do this.

You can def find more information in other threads. Both engines are exactly the same size 1308ccs. The intake and exhaust manifold are different. The exhaust manifold goes to the turbo etc. The injectors are what 660cc instead of 440 cc. The rotors in the regular are higher compression.... look it up, there was a recent post on putting turbo II parts on a na car... as long as you have a fuel computer (and an upgrade to the injectors helps).
