non turbo cat vs. TII cat, same?

I have a S4 non turbo and a s4 TII project.
I am selling my non turbo, but I need to put a working cat on it first.
I was wondering if I could put my TII cat on it and then just buy another one for the TII once I sell my non turbo?

What do you guys think?

sucks for you....i live in florida.....who needs cats :-D

it really wont affect anything though, but since you need to pass emissions, i would make sure.....IMO i think it would be a beefier cat due to the higher flow of fuel and air in a TII so it would clean up an NA's exhaust easily......but im not an expert
