Non Tilting Steering shaft FC- would fit tilting steer shaft?

Hey guys, I was wondering if a 87 SE, w. non-tilting steering shaft (that part that bolts on the steering wheel), would be able to fit a tilting steering shaft from a another FC.
THanks a lot,
Shin K

If I understand your question correctly, you want to convert to a tilt wheel, right? If so, you'll have to change the steering column from inside the car to the universal joint just past the firewall, under the brake master cylinder.
