noisy brake caliper

I just swapped out my brakes for the 4 pistons, and when im stopped and i press the brake down, the front driver side brake creaks, but when i turn my wheel to the lock, it doesnt, this noise comes from the driver side front caliper. The car brakes fine, a little bad now cuz i still need to bleed more, but this problem happens if the car is on or off, and only it seems if its stopped...... any ideas?

Lubricate the slide assebly/pins on the caliper. Thats where I would start.

Did you have this problem before? I'd consider the Brake Rotor warped?
