Icemark - re: vert sub enclosures

am i correct in thinking that you were playing around with the idea of making a mold for some of these to pop from??? if so why have you not done it, seems like there is a pretty big market out here for something like that.
any suggestions/pictures on builing one?
thks

not to be a forum **** but you should just use PMs for stuff like this. using names in subject headings is a no-no as well.

Would you like people calling you out on a public forum? It's rude and uncalled for. Also it seems like you are blaming him for not already making them. How hard is it to PM? Click on Icemark's name and then send a PM.

whoa!

chill down there peppy!
i am sorry, i was unaware that it would be rude or disrespectful to address someone personally on a public forum when i am asking "him" a question.
i dont see how you think i am blaming him for anything whatsoever, maybe you should re-read my questions and analyze them a little more as to exaclty what tone you "think" i had at the moment i was typing; that is if you have the time (apparently so!). but thank you for posting because i now see why i should have just pmed him; so people like yourself dont take such irrational standpoints concerning something that isnt even addressed to you. Again, i am very sorry for upsetting you. Do you perhaps have any useful input on the SUBJECT of the thread or are you just a perfect polite forum bunny? happy easter!!!

Pm'd you back, but basicly it came down to, I built one, then the mold, then built a second one.

It was going to cost around $100-$150 per enclosure to build (parts and Labor), and I would have needed to sell it for $150- $200. But at that price everyone balked and complained (which I didn't really get- I mean if you own a vert, you probably already spent anywhere from $2500-$10000 for it what's another $250 for a custom f'glass and MDF sub enclosure?), so anyway... I put the whole thing on hold and never went any further.

Dude, if you have a problem with the forum rules, take it up with the owner. Otherwise, please stop whining about it and just follow them.
