Ok, since I learned to drive 12 years ago, more than likely have a faster car, and obviously understand the physics of driving a car MUCH more than you do, would there be any point? Or do you just want to admire my taillights all day?

Factories generally set cars up to under steer first. It's a safety feature; if you start to oversteer and jump off the gas you spin, if you understeer and jump off the cars pulls back into line.
A car that's started to oversteer (like you did) cannot transition to understeer on throttle lift off because all the weight is transfered forward. Remember, understeer is when the fornt has less grip than the rear so it would be very difficult for the front to slip more than the rear when they're taking 60-70% of the cars weight.

i know all this, that answers my quastion, which i originally stared that the cut has some understeer.. i fi kept my foot on the gas i woudl be facing int the same direction i came into the turn from and steerign back woudlnt help, other then go sideways and running out of road. breaking applys to lettign go of the throttle here, and lettign off about 10-20% woudl slow down the car enouf where even if its oversteerign u can control it, because i woudl be doing that at a slower rate, where i woul dhave to apply much more input to the car to get out of that turn. and btw i knwo the turn well it might ahve been really cold and the tires werent grippign as good, so somewhere in teh entrance it started to let go, and i did not want to drift thru the whole turn at 60mph. i rather have some sideways movement then cathing the car then going either into a complete spin out or doing th ewhole turn sideways. i asked this because i have a 3rd gen and that car behaves a little diffrent from the FC i though tthey woudl be about the same.

Kahren, my advice to you would be to read the books mentioned earlier in this thread and go to a driving school. Public roads are not the place to learn to drive a car at 10/10ths of its capabilities. There is an enormous difference in driving FAST and driving WELL. All it takes to drive FAST are big enough *****, blatant stupidity, or some combination of the two. Any a**hole can jump in a car and drive fast. To drive WELL, you need knowledge, SKILL, and practice practice practice. Read the books to get the knowledge, and go to a driving school to learn the skills and practice them. And guess what? The guy with skill who drives well will ALWAYS smoke the guy just trying to drive fast. Every single time.
