No Tach No Volt Gauge

Ok So i have an intermittent problem with My Tach and My voltage gauge. sometimes they work sometimes they don't. At first i thought it was just a trailing coil problem until i noticed the voltage gauge as well. So today i stated the car to move it. Both worked fine. Then when i started it up to move it back. Not working. Is there a fuse that could affect just these two gauges and not the temp, fuel, oil?

I cant find my wireing diagram right now so any help is appreciatied.

Car is a 91 n/a vert.

Both are fed by the METER fuse. But the METER fuse powers the other gauges also.

If just those two gauges are intermittant, maybe their mounting screws have backed off?

The screws that hold the gauge to the circuit board.
