No Start , Tps Code 12 And 18.. Help..

i've changed 3 tps sensors and one computer. i have a s4 block and s5 elexctronics. i cant get it to start and run correctly. it starts and doesnt rev up at all it stays at like 50rpm even at full throttle. i checked tps with two light method and both lights are on and i cant get any to change. i ohm tested and its ok. i checked the output voltage to ecu and it reads 3 volts at closed throttle and it should be .8 volts. i have a good ground and 5.0 signal voltage from ecu to tps. what the f***!!!

ok, i disconnected the tps plug and i got battery voltage going to tps through black/green wire. i disconnect the ecu and still getting battery voltage when key on. i disconnected the plug from engine wire harness to dash harness, and the battery voltage at tps is gone. so now i have to trace where this wire is getting its voltage from. should it be like this. can someone test for me?

im f****** confused. i read the fsm about the ecu pins and the input and output voltages. the black/green wire from the tps is supposed to be an input but if i disconnect the tps there is battery voltage going to it. if i disconnect the center ecu plug and test at ecu. the ecu is putting out battery voltage from that pin. what the f*****. i dont get it. is this ecu bad too.

this just gets more and more frustrating. i cant find any kind of wiring diagram that shows me where the black/green wire goes to besides the ecu. it goes to a connector under dash by ecu which splits it into 2 pins. one pin is a blue/white and the other is a green. and that goes over to drivers side, i think. why would there be battery voltage going into these 2 wires. if i disconnect the plug and test the output voltage of the tps its .542 volts at closed throttle. the fsm says aprox .8 volts. if i plug in the connector under dash, i get 2.8 volts at the black/green wire at ecu. i am losing my mind here. i just want to run my car already.

ok the black/green wire from tps sensor goes to ecu and splits into blue/white and green wire and goes to instrument cluster. if i unplug the instrument cluster then the battery voltage goes away. is it supposed to send a battery voltage to ecu through tps sensor input wire? i am so lost. is it bad ecu, cluster, wire harness, tps? i also adjusted my tps within spec and still both lights on check connector stay on. what the ****...
