i try to start my car and all it does is spin and i get smoke and raw gas coming out my exhaust

 

Raw gas is unburned gas. Usually an indication you have fuel dilivery. Also an indication that you are flooded. Get a timing light and check for ignition. If you have spark you could have an open injector, or injector control problem (ECU).
