No spark...suggestions?

ok, so the sequel thread to my "replaced turbo, now she won't start" has come to another halt.

i tried everything in my power to figure out what was wrong, and in the midst of trying to get it to start, i fried the starter. at this point, it was time to take her to a shop. so...i took my 88 turboII to rotary performance (perry) in margate, fl, for you SFL guys.

anyways...he has fixed the starter (easy fix of course) and has figured that it was/is not getting any spark...he switched ecu's to check...no fix. said that the coil was getting voltage (not sure which one or if the V was getting through the coil...) but i'm stumped...i'd like some feedback from you guys who have any idea as to what this might be. no spark basically :\ tried lots...thanks!

here's my first thread for reference if need be. https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/got-new-turbo-but-wont-start-483681/

i was thinking...could bad grounds cause this problem? eh, i dunno, i'm gonna hopefully find out today and hopefully get a move on with it :|

btw, i've searched and found nothing that could really help in odd things to check spark.

If its not the ECU then it could be a CAS problem.. Is the Tach moving whe you crank?
