well it started when i was going to go to lunch and my car tryed to start and it started to backfire then the smock starts coming from becide the ecu and the clutch master cylender and it has sat ever since i dont know what to do alll my wires ar fried and i dont know where to start i was wondering if any of you have seen this problime

 

Sounds like the harness shorted out. It's impossible to give you any more information because you have not posted anything that can aid in troubleshooting. Detailed pictures of the effected area and a description of EXACTLY what happened would help a lot.

You'll probaby have to replace the emissions harness, engine harness and ECU. But that's just a guess.
