no power just need opinions...

i ran my car-88 gxl na- ran out of gas the other day and since i put some gas in it it has had 0 power and ive checked everything i can think of i cleaned the injectors changed the fuel filter and i replaced the afm with a close-to-new one i have custom made spark plug wires and i have a spark plug cleaner and cleaned those. i notice the last cat glowing tonight. i have an a\f ratio meter and it is so below the lean lines, and i also have a boost guage (plan on a turbo swap) and i have noticed that the guage reads 0 vaccuum when i am driving at idle i have about 17 lbs of vaccum so i know that is normal but the 0 vaccum at a drive indicates a clogged exhuast. i think the exhuast is cloged and the back pressure from the exhuast not exiting the engine is causeing my lean condition and the fact that i have no vaccuum to suck in new fuel into the engine is my cuase of no power. anyways id like yalls opinion.
