The fuel pump normally only gets power when the engine is cranking or running. To test it you have to jumper the yellow check connector by the right strut tower in the engine bay.

What do you mean you "spliced the wires to the fuel pump"? That doesn't sound good...

how to jumper the yellow?

i never saw the yellow?

i just cut along the harness.. and exposed the wires.. so i check if there is current..

well while the car was cranking
we removed the fuel line and check if there was a flow of gas..

and it was just bare bone dry!

Put a short piece or wire or a paper clip across the terminals.

It pokes out of the Emissions harness where it runs past the right strut tower. It's a 2-pin connector with nothing plugged into it.

ENGINE fuse is blown.

Blue wire interfaces with a black/white wire on the pumps pigtail harness.
