no power to fuel pump

like the title states, i have no power at the connecter on the rear shock tower. i checked the fuses and there all good.

Simple circuit- no power at the connector (to ground) WITH the key on and the check connector jumpered can only be two things:

1) the circuit opening relay is bad
2) the wiring is broken between the fuse and connector (which includes the relay).

At this point I have to assume the 15A fuse is good, the main fuse is good, ignition switch is good, and the pump ground is good...

well, what i did was hook up my test light to the tail light ground which i know is good and tested the wires at the connecter. so when i turn the ignition on i should hear a relay click on?

oh yeah, the 15a and main fuse is good, same with the ignition switch, but how would the pump ground affect the power at the connecter?
