no power at all, someone please help me

i have an 88 10ae, and just recently i put the dash back into it and plugged it back in and i cant get any power anywhere in the car. and yes i know my battery is good, ive checked it but i cant figure out why i dont have any power. i had to put each wiring harness back in myself as they were all stripped out by the previous owner (dont know why) and everything seems plugged in right and everything but i cant get any power thru the dash or to the rest of the car, so someone please help me, even the slightest idea and ill start going thru the problems listed one by one, i just really really dont want to sell this car and i want to get it running, sorry if i didnt give enough info and thanks for any and all help

Start with the ingition switch.
Pull off the cover & check for 12v there.

Then check the main relay near the barke master.

make sure all your fuses are not blown

double check that your plugs are clipped together. there are...10-11 plugs total behind the dash if i remember right...

check all the grounds in the engine bay. there are some grounds for interior things under the trailing coil pack. one behind the engine. one spliced off the battery cable connected to the driver side shock tower at the bottom. one on the starter behind the motor. one under the intake manifold.

take a sturdy piece of sandpaper or a metal file and file the ground points and connectors down for good contact. should help. jump start your car with another running car.

fuses are all good, i checked the 12v by the ignition and its good, i checked the main relay and i had ohms across the smaller plug but couldnt get any from the larger plug at all, does that mean its blown or is that a normal reaction?
