NO Power

Hey guys, well i just picked up a Turbo2 FC for really cheap. The kid that had it said that he thinks he blew it up. But i really don't think so. The car has no power to the engine harness. No fuel pump or anything, but the interior does. I have looked at the ECU and it looks fine as well as the grounds on the motor. But still nothing, I am not familiar with mazdas yet. Any info will help

Is the car an S4 or S5. With key to on do the wipers and turn signals work? This tells whether voltage from the battery is making it to the ignition switch and then onto the interior fuse box. If those two items don't operate w/key to on then the voltage is "likely"not making it to the ignition switch. If that is the case then check the Black plug underneath (below it by about a foot) the engine fuse box which takes the voltage from the Main fuse in the engine fuse box and takes it to the ignition switch( Black plug connects two Black cables and the one from the engine fuse box has constant voltage on it 24/7). If the wipers and blinkers work then check the 15 amp engine fuse in the interior fuse box.
