hey guys i just need help with a few things, we just fixed my friends fc, it would not start, and we got it to run, but the thing revs slow but it sounds like is running right, it just not *** slow as it would on one rotor but not as fast as it should, and i wanted to know if yall could help me with this issue, the car has
161,xxx miles almost stock exept for cone filter and power steering removed, any help appreciated thanks.

ps. ohh and the car has new plugs, oil, battery, alternator, plug wires, and all that so its in good mechanical condition.
