No Power

After two weeks of searching down shorts that kept the fuel pump voltage down I was able to get the car started and idling perfectly. I decided that the next day I would take it into the shop for paint and body work. Well, I started the car yesterday and it sounds wrong. I took out of the driveway and realized there's not enough power to go through the gears—drive back into the garage. This is getting ridiculous—I fix one thing and another immediately pops up. Anyway, Could someone please help me diagnose this problem now? The engine was recently rebuilt and streetported, but I'm getting the feeling that I need to go pick up a compression tester.

Maybe start with the ground wires, especially the ECU connections?

Well, just ran a compression test and got 65-65-65 on the rear rotor. Oh well.

if you JUST had the engine rebuilt, give it some time to break in. Low compression is normal when a motor is first built because the seals have not been fully seated yet. Give it 3k miles, and check the compression again.
