no more than 50% af

so ive been battling this problem for some time now, i guess im just rx illiterate. but this is what ive come down to. ive checked several things on the car, ACV, BAC, grounds, correct wiring, replaced MAF, and i still cant hit over 50% AF!!!

in the safc booklet, it shows close to 1v for input 2, and i dont hit over .085, and it wil even drop to .025 sometimes!

occasionally, rare occasions it will hit about 70% but rarely.

what is that input 2 hooked up to?? is it the TPS and does it just need to be adjusted?

If you've hit 70% in driving experience what more do you want? Have you tried manually pushing the afm all the way open? What have you done to your car that makes you think that you've maxed out your afm and its possible airflow - people switch to the map sensor to free up some resistance, but that doesn't mean that they're bouncing off 100% and off the afm map every time they add gas.

No other sensor (like the tps) should have an effect on what the afm reads at the s-afc (except technically the bac test.

I mean, I know I just have a less thirsty NA and all, but in most of my driving the af% is under 13% - it takes some high throttle, high load, and high rpm stuff for me to get over 30%.

Mine does the same thing along with a few others when manually opening the flapper. Mine goes up to 60-70 though.

The voltage is supposed to start high and get lower as it opens further.

well heres thing thing, almost all the time, it wont hit higher than 50% af,no matter what gear i am in. but a few times it hits up to 70%. and witha 3" exhuast gutted cat, 720 secondaries, safc, 255 walbro, and intake system, i should easily hit 70 consistantly. 20% is a huge difference. i talked to evil aviator and i am to look and see if my secondaries are even cutting on which makes sense cuz i hit about 30% very quickly, and it slowly goes up after that. with stock turbo system and a mild porting i wont hit over 70% af.
