Question No more speedo

Tonight i was coasting to a stop when all of a sudden i see my speedo drop to 0. When i started back off it didn't move at all, except when i'd be on the brakes it'd come back on and read the speed until i let off the brakes. My cars an 88 T2, bad grounding, i just got a new battery the other day, about 100k and orig miles. Nothing else is quirky. My tach, odometer, and other gauges still work.

Thanks for the help,

Travis.

Its not that much of a pain in the *** you can do it in like 20 mins..

Instead!! To check if the speedo cable has come loose from the cluster. Put your drivers seat reclined back as far as it will go... Put your legs on the seat and put your head in the foot well, find the cablea and follow it all the way to the back of the cluster... You can feel if it has been knocked loose
