When you press the hazard/flasher button do any of the respective lights, inside and out, work on the left side?
EDIT: I also believe the turn signal/flasher lights have two filaments. Are these the type of replacement bulbs used?
If the left side flasher lights, inside/out, do not work then the problem is likely due to the flasher circuit board inside the CPU. You could prove this by locating the 6 wire plug that is at the bottom of the CPU (there are two plugs here and one has 6 wires while the other has 4 wires) and jumper the Black/Blue wire which has constant voltage to the Green/Black wire in the same plug and the left side lights, inside/out, should light up (this can be done with the 6 wire plug connected or disconnected). If they do light up then this would indicate that the wiring to the lights are good but the circuit board is not. If this were the specific case then the G/B terminal could be resoldered in an effort to fix the problem as a poor solder connection might be attributing to the problem. If resoldering doesn't fix the problem then the problem lies within the circuit board.
