No!!! the idle reaper visited me

Hey everyone.....
as u know, if u read some posts regarding weird idles, my car was idling at ~1500 well if i put it in gear and let the idle drop down below 1000, then the idle drop to roughly 900.

well today when i start my car again.... and when i ran it.... the idle was at 2000 constantly... i tried letting it drop in gear... no luck.... soo...... Is it the BAC's fault? I should probably go check it out now....
anyone have any ideas on how i should get it fixed??
i'm off to check the BAC now, take it out...... dump it in part cleaner... =)

please, any input is greatly appreciated...

anyways, waiting for you guy's replies, i cleaned the BAC.... the high idle is completely gone.... however, now when the car is idling the engine sputters..... i assume it is a vacum leak around that area, input is appreciated.

Sounds a little bit like what Im going thru right now. I tried to adjust the idle by attaching a jumper wire on the initial set coupler and turning the air adjust screw on the BAC. When started the car, it idled high and rough ~2000. I attached the jumper wire and the car sputtered and died before I could turn the air adjust screw. In any event, I couldn't get the car started so I unhooked the intercooler from the exit side to vent any gas fumes from possible flooding. I'm going back to it in about an hour to try again....

This is annoying.

Anyway, it could be a vac leak somewhere or it could be an idle mixture problem. I don't know--this is my first rotary so everything is a learning experience...

any luck 13b Drifter? anyways i found a crack where my hose is to the by pass air control valve, so i patched that up in the mean time, but this morning, i had a ~2500 idle.... and after driving for like 5 minutes like that, my car's idle went back to ~1200 but hear alot of sputtering noises...

well, just on the top of my mind, should i reset the ECU and allow it to adjust the idle since i cleaned my BAC and fixed a vac leak?
