no idle? drives and revs fine

i dont know what happened but now i have to be constantly on the gas or else my 7 will die. it revs fine clear up to redline and i can drive it as long as i give it gas when im at a stoplight. any ideas?

Check the intake pipe downstream of the AFM for air leaks and also check for vacuum leaks.

will do any other ideas? my experience with leaks is it wont drive

Its most likely a vacuum leak, recommend changing all rubber hoses if it has not been done yet

mines act the same way as well, but when warm up its fine. just the cold start ups that the car keeps on dying with my foot on the pedal. oh yea my idle is at 1200. let me know if you get this issues figure out.

most likely a vac leak but it could also be your dashpot u might want to check that out aswell.
