No heat shield over my exhaust manifold, are the actuator hoses at risk?

I took off my exhaust manifold on my 1991 rx7 coupe (na) to put on a gasket, yea no gasket at all and the engine was rebuilt with the previous owner (i have recites, so it was for sure). the rubber hoses coming out the bottom of each auxiliary port actuator are about 1.5-2 inches above the manifold? are these hoses at risk to be damaged or completely melted? they are fairly thick for how small they are...

i hope not, i guess if i notice a big power loss ill know where to look first. the exhaust manifold on the s5 na's is very thick and weighs about 17 lbs so im guessing it retains heat better than headers for example but with headers the distance from the actuator hoses and headers is increased so hopefully i wont have that problem when i get them

When you get a aftermarket header there is no heat shield anymore. So in other words, dont worry about it : )
