NO HEAT, fan wont work

Okay, one day my fan motor stopped working. Then one day it started to work again like it was strugling to turn. Then it work 100% again. Then a few months later it died and has never worked since. I just replaced the Logicon with no prevail. I pulled the fan out and gave it an alternate source of 12V and it works fine. Now when the fan is plugged in, only one relay will "click" when you move the fan speed control. When the fan is unplugged, both relays will "click". I have even swapped both relays at once, and at seperate times with still no power to the fan. I am really stumped here. Any suggestions?

Jason

There is a loose wire or connection somewhere. Check the harness.
