So basically where i'm at is it starts and runs. Replaced the relay. It does not show a code other than the ACV which is unhooked as one of the wires at the connector broke.

The problem is it just breaks up a lot when trying to give it gas. Going to check my plugs and the timing and see how it goes.

 

Since the B/W wire that was problematic in the relay powers the ECU at pin 1B you might want to jumper constant voltage to that particular pin to see if that changes things for the better.

 

I got it running. It was a combination of things in the end. The main relay caused the no fuel and spark. And once that was fixed, it came down to me not thinking and rushing as usual.

I did not set the engine at TDC when I reinstalled the CAS. Therefore the timing was quite a bit off. Just redid the CAS a bit ago and it runs great.
