No Fuel past Regulator

Ok here is my problem i don't get fuel past the fuel regulator i replaced the regulator with a new one and still don't get gas past it. I have no idea why this is, the pump maintains pressure in the line so the pump is good. Any idea would be great. Thank you

Kevin

Not if the feed line goes through the regulator then through the secondary rail then the primary and then back to the tank.

No, fuel is supposed to exit through the regulator. Fuel goes in through the pulsation dampener end on the primary fuel rail, goes through the secondary fuel rail then exits through the fuel pressure regulator.

That's backwards, as Longshoe has already mentioned.
