i seem to be having the same problem. the other day my TII the car just stopped runnning and wouldnt restart. i thought it might the motor, but i check the compression and everthing was good. i checked for spark and there was. then i detatched the lines at the fuel pump and nothing was happening. i checked all the connections in the back and they were good. i checked the front relay connector and that seemed to be good as well. then i detached the pump and put it directely to the battery and it pumped, so i knew it wasnt the pump itself (since i just put the new walbro 255 in about a month ago). I checked the rear pump harness to see if it was getting power, and only the power at the harness was at the two level sensor wires, none at the main pump power! one of the wires blinked and the other was constant. the voltage was at like 9.5-10 volts which i thought should be 11-12ish. I have tried the jumper wire trick at the front little yellow harness, but with no success. at this point im lost and im thinking about just doing the 1300cc.com rewire but i dont want to if i dont have too. if anyone has any ideas about something i might have missed then please feel free to let me know. if there is a fuse or something under the dash or whatever, i need to know. i have been without my 7 for a week now trying to figure this thing out :-( thanks all for your help.

You said one of the wires was getting around 9V?

The black/white one if getting 9V that should be enough for the idle stepped down from the solenoid resistor

The other one, straight black is the ground wire, something is going on in your connections somewhere I believe
