No Fuel help!!

so its not starting....i got good spark, compression, and my oil pressure is reading 35 psi when i try n crank....the spark plugs are clean when i take them out to check them...i have a s5 Turbo II in my vert. n i got the the walbro fuel pump...i soldered and heat shrinked the wires so i know its not the connection... i check the rear lines coming out of the tank an there is a little gas that comes out of the hoes...but its not reaching my engine?

Ur stupid...I have a brand new pump that is pump[ing hella gas but its getting stoppd sumwhere. I think it may be the fuel filter....can a bad filter prevent fuel reaching the motor? so i ordered a new one which was 20$ hope this is the problem...Or does anyone think its sumthing beyond that?
