No Clutch...?

I am wondering if I messed up my clutch when installing it or the hydraulics are bad. I searched but could not find anything that would specifically answer my question. Well here it goes. I installed a new ACT clutch and I did have some trouble getting the transmission back in. So I am wondering did I mess it up... or is it the hydraulics. I am guessing it is the original hydraulics fluid and so on. The fluid is really dark like black. I have a SS line that I put on 3 yrs ago. Anyway last year the car was fine. I just put a new clutch in and it will not let me go into gear. The fork does move but I do not know if it is enough. If the hydraulics are bad would they leak...? Or would they just allow fluid to slip by the piston in the slave cylinder or somthing...? I am not leaking any fluid. However the clutch needs to be pumped to get it to come back now. It does not snap back like it used to. I tried to move the car but it does not wanna go into gear. When I did get into gear it killed the car right away. Probably cuz I kinda forced it into gear. It does not seem to get any resistance in it until it is almost to the floor. Anyone ever experience anything like this...? Do you guys think it is the hydraulics...or the clutch pedal needs adjustment with this new clutch or does it sound like I messed somthing up when putting the clutch in...? Any help is appreciated as I am personally guessing the hydraulics. However other cars I have had in the past the only time I had problems with the hydraulics was when it leaked the fluid out. Anyway hit me with some input or a link to a thread or somthing. By the way it does come back up now but is still pretty mushy until it gets almost to the floor. It used to be stiff almost as soon as you started to depress it.
Thank You

If hydraulics are moving properly, and everything is bleeded, i would guess problems with fork mechanism.
Looks like fork got bent or fell out of its place, u`ll need remove transmission for inspection.

Ya I guess thats possible. That would suck if it is, if it is I will just bring it in as I am not going threw it again. Plus then if it does not work they can deal with it again. Well I will try the hydraulics 1st it could not hurt to replace em anyway as I am sure they are original. Its funny cuz I will pump it up one day, the next day I go out there it kinda wants to stick to the floor again. Then I have to re do it. I kinda think one of the pistons that is suppose to force the fluid is worn and allowing it to leak by, and is giving some pressure but not enough. Well I just wanted to see if anyone else had hydraulics go bad without leaking. Kinda like a internal leak ya know what I mean...? Anyway I will probably replace all hydraulics 1st.
