Need a clutch... opinions? Anyone tried this kind???

Im getting my engine rebuilt (1987 Turbo 2) right now, and even though while driving it felt fine... the clutch is bad. When I pulled the engine out the friction material on the clutch was worn down so low it didnt even look like it was slotted anymore.

Long story short, im getting a new clutch...

my car isnt fast so a slippin clutch shouldnt be a problem.... all im basically doing is getting a rebuild with streetport and opening up intake / exhaust and a few ricer mods like a loud BOV (recirculated thought lol)... blah blah

Anyways, this is the first time for me ever buying a clutch. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a certain kind to get?

With the rebuild and everything involved money is VERY tight, so less money spending is kinda the biggest factor (but I dont wanna cheap out and get a shitty out that will need replacing in a few months)

My friend has a buddy who owns a shop, so he gets stuff at cost... I can get a centerforce clutch for under 200 bucks most likely....

Anyone have experience with these? comments??

Any suggestions / comments appreciated!
Thanks
Steve
