NO Brakes

I have a big problem, i have the go, but cant stop. i just finished putting on 700 dollars worth of brakes, between calipers rotors and pads. my brakes were fine, but this past weekend i went to drive it and didn't stop.

I'm pretty sure i checked all the lines for leaks. So what does this mean, do i have a bad master cylinder?

The pedal was really soft and went down without a problem.

If its not the master cylinder, wat is it?

Any ideas
