No boost! Vac leak or clogged cat? Pictures!

So here's the deal. The owner before me installed a Apexi intake on the car. I don't think it was installed properly, but this hose ( I removed the hose, but here's where it connected to ) was capped with a lugnut. Now the other day I was headed to work when this hose blew the lugnut, I belive while I was boosting through a turn. A huge puff of blue smoke came out from the drive side of my hood. Seemed to only blow smoke while I boosted ( I made sure I didn't boost the rest of the way to work, except the last stretch to see if it was the turbo ).

which seems to connect to here:

Now I got home from work with out boosting but once and the car ran fine. Once home I capped the pipe with a rubber bypass cap from Autozone. Drove the car to work the today and the car ran great, spooled, sounded good, no problems. Fastforward to later that day when I'm leaving work and my car sounds quite on start up ( Apexi Dual N-1's ). I was more interested in getting out of work so I didn't quite pay attention untill I hit the road. Realizing the car sounds very very quite, I try to open the trottle more and see if I just need to pop my ears. So I hit the gas and the car feels doggish. I check the boost gauge, and nothing, won't EVER go above zero. No boost.

So I get home today, undo the bypass cap, take the car down the road. Turbo boosts with no problems, car seems to run good again, though still alittle quite. I pull over infront of my house and walk to the back of the car to see if it sounds normal again when I notice white bits being blown out my exhaust!

So I have no idea if my cat is clogged or if that vac line has something to do with no boost. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. it's a 90 TII

the first two are suppost to be connected to the air pump for sure!...um so if you have the stock cat on that may cause some problems but not sure if it would be cause the problems you have currently...unless the cat is getting SO clogged its spitting chuncks out hahaha...

notice any other vac lines missing? (behind the dynamic chamber?) or the check valves? all air tubes and lines connected? have the tools the check tps?

but did you say somehting may have gotten into the turbo??
