No 5th or reverse gears after extension housing swap

S4 crossmember for S4 extension housing would've work but in the end I would've wasted my money since the S4 transmission I traded for is no good. I don't really work too hard, its good to learn as much as possible about your car. I actually learn more from my mistakes then if I was to do something right the first time. Although it is nice not to pull a transmission 3 times in a month or 2.

Just bought another transmission off a forum member I have bought off of before. I guess this one has only 68k on it, just ordered a new clutch kit from Advanced Auto, picking up a x-member tonight off the same guy who sold me the transmission. Looks like I finally will have a good running Rx-7. Looking to have it all done by tonight or early tomorrow morning. Pretty pumped.
