Nitromethane/methonal Acohol Mix

IS IT SAFE?! at all... to run a Mix of Nitromethane and Gas?
If its NOT what are the Side Effects?
If so.. what are the Aparent Benefits?
Asking cuz i was handed a half Gallon of it.. wonderd if it was anygood For Track use.

Pro: more HP

Con: you have to slow the fuel pump down cause the gas makes more power.

slow the fuel pump down?
ive add'd it.... seems to run smoother..
however it seems to jitter and jump a bit like the fuel mix is shakey
