nicely oiled TB....wait what?

Ok so I am working with an 89 NA freshly rebuilt 7. It has 869 miles on it. The only problem is that when i went to take the TB off i found that about one ounce of nice black oil came flowing out with it right onto my manifold. it came out of the black spacer between the TB and the dynamic chamber. it never really ran fine and now Im stumped. What could be the problem??

this is what I think it may be:
1) too much back pressure
2) 5th and 6th ports not actuating and causing nasty turbulence when at a high rev
3) it is an RX-7 and by wanting to make it better i made it worse ha ha

Any input is appreciated

PURGE VALVE feeds crankcase gasses into the throttle body.

so with the increased oil mod that you can do when putting the main puly bolt in would cause more oil pressure and more splashing oil in the oil pan area causing there to be oil purged into the TB?

No. More likely gasses getting past the side seals
