next mod...little help please

next mod...little help please

i need an intake to compliment my headers hiflo cat and so on....whats the best bet for an 87 NA?

Basically, get some prelude intake off ebay for like 20-30 bucks, cut it into sections, cut a hole, route it there. I dont really feel like explaining it all so I'll just show you to the how-to's. This first link is the one I was attempting to do, but unfortunately I cut the hole FIRST and it ended up being in the wrong place.

I'm currently working on fabbing a nice (sealed) cone intake with parts from my old (1st gen) eclipse. I'm going to fiberglass a scoop to go down to right underneath the car and intake the nice cold air, without having to have my K&N down there collecting dust..

Last owner put it on, I could care less

Buying a new one would cost more money and it doesn't matter. Maybe some day, but now I don't care.
