Newer engine acting totally bizare, ran fine now all kinds of problems

Ok so heres what happened... im totally stumped. I just rebuilt the engine in my turboII, and Ive completed the break in period and it was acting wonderfly. SO one morning I filled my tank up, and then proceed to bomb onto the freeway. Ran great, untill I got off the freeway. I noticed my idle was total crap!

Anyway, im positive ive traced the idle problem to a vac leak, 2 of the vacuum caps popped off the lower intake manifold. I can visually see one by the cold start assist. and im sure the other one by the promary fuel injectors are popped off too, as those were the only ones not tied off with zip ties. (ive dont emissions removal)

Anyway heres what its doing now. Any time I give it enough throttle to open the secondary throttle plates in like 4th gear, it bucks and jerks around. If I rev it in neutal it backfires everywhere, but as long as IM super light on the gas it drives around fine! IM confused, it jerks around if I hit boost too

My mods are as follows, rebuilt motor with streetport, s4 turbo rtek 1.7 full 3" exhaust... WITH a cat... i dunno maybe a clogged cat is the problem? Ive been premixing also

i set it with a timing gun and bolted the nut down, I dont see how it could have changed. with a new rubber seal on the CAS its hard enough to turn by itself. i dont see how it could have even moved.

Did you forget to plug your TPS in? Either that, or did you set it correctly?
