Newbie Question (Fan Removal)

Hey guys, I'm trying to remove the fan from my s5 so I can replace the MOP, but I can't figure out where it is actually being held on from. When I remove the bolts on the back of the fan, it comes loose, but I still can't remove it from the post.

Am I missing something really simple here? I partially dismantled the pully, but it seems like that shouldn't have to come apart to remove the fan... are there some bolts on the post I'm not seeeing?

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Upon taking my S4 fan off I noticed that on one bolt it pulled part of the stud. It pulled juuust enough of the stud to prevent the fan from being pulled off the car.
