sorry if this is a stupid question but im new.
whats the difference between short block and long block? (87 RX7)

long block is motor with everything on it, short is just bare block

theres this dude selling me an 87 long block, and he said all it needs is the CAS i know it means crank angle sensor i just dont know what it looks like. any one have a pic of a CAS?
