So I under my car and I see 3 nuts where the oil pan is... 2 are square shaped heads that are even sized with their threads and are black in color... Theres a smaller one lower down and then theres a larger one higher up, but with a little angle to it facing down on the smaller... Then theres about a 17mm nut thats silver and on the bottom of what looks like a grill design box with like a 19mm size... All of this is about even with the back of my front wheels

I remember changing my oil months and months ago (dont worry when I had my car checked out the mechanic changed my fluids for me recently)... I remember the oil nut being a black color, but for some reason I remember it being something I used a phillips head on(???)

Anyone have any pics or just an easy explanation of what I need to take off? For reasons I could explain but dont want to, I can only get under the car from the passenger and/or driver side...

 

its the 17 mm one... the screw driver was for draining the coolant


download a factory service manual or get a hanes guide... will help alot with maintenance
