New wheels for the TII

Just got some 18X8 wheels for the TII. 225/40/18 tires on them. What's the widest tire size i can put on a 8" wide wheel? Thanks

8" wide wheel, you could probably try to run 235s, MAAAYBE 245s at the most.

Are those real Blitz wheels? They look sweet at any rate.

Yeah, I run 225's on the stock (7") rims, so 245 should definately fit on 8" wheels.

try a 235 up front and a 255 out back... if your offset is correct and the alignment/camber is spot on then you will have no problems with that setup.

the spokes look too beefy... are they blitz knockoffs?

youll need spacers. i got 18x8 inch wide rims up front with 235's and 18x9.5 inch wide out back with 255 with 40 offset... its the wrong offset for the setup so i had to run inch and a quarter spacers up front and inch spacers in the rear, yeah they stick out a little but dont worry next paycheck the gps kit and 30mm fenders are coming in....
