New wheels on the FC! (56k ok!)

I promised someone, though I can't remember who... That I would post pics of the car with the new wheels on it once I actually had them mounted.

So here they are:

They're 5Zigen FN01R-C's in Hyper Black 17x8 +25 up front and 17x9 +35 out back with Kumho Ecsta Supra 712's all around. I'm running a 225/45/17 in front and a 245/45/17 in back with no clearance problems.

Looks awesome! No rubbing up front I assume. Do you like the gold caps on your FN01R's?

I think that I will join the bandwagon and say that those wheels look damn nice on your car, nice buy and nice looks. Now just fix the problem with how hideous white FC's look and you will have it made...J/K

Sorry to see you went with the Kuhmo 712s, I can't wait for mine to wear out so I can buy some different ones.

BTW- Where did you get those wheels and how much were they? I might have to get some for my AE.

Thanks for the positive response everyone!

I had em on with and without the caps there, and I decided I like em better with the caps. Plus the cap says "5Zigen: Try Harder!" on it, how could you not love it?

I actually bought em through a friend of a friend sorta deal. Got em all for $680 brand new in the box, which was a killer deal. From what I've seen you're looking at about $800 shipped for all 4 of em.

The 712's are working well for me so far, no real complaints. My cousin works at America's Tire Co. (Discount Tire Co. to the rest of the world) and got em for me cheap.

Do you get any rubbing on the fronts?

No rubbing on the struts or on the sides, however when I turn to the right on a a hard turn it rubs the fender on the top.

I think it's because the springs on my car are the original, made in the land of the rising fun, OEM. And as such, sagging like hell. Time for some stiffer springs.
